After your request, you pay by banking QR code or regular bank transfer. Once the payment arrives, Judith personally confirms your booking. Your dates stay blocked in the meantime.
Yes — a private garage box for one car in the building is included (fits cars up to a Volvo XC90; larger vehicles won’t fit). For a second car there are EV chargers and public car parks nearby.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WiFi and streaming (Netflix & Disney+). In the kitchen: coffee beans and the cooking basics — oil, pepper, salt, herbs, flour and sugar. Please bring your own beach towels.
No. This is our family apartment in a residential building: parties and youth groups cannot be accepted. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The lead booker is at least 25 and present during the stay.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed — our children are allergic to animals. Smoking is prohibited everywhere, including the terraces.
Fully self-service via a key box at the building, from 4 pm. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive all access codes before arrival, plus our digital guest guide full of Judith’s personal tips.
Families with babies are very welcome. A cot and high chair are not provided — please bring your own.
